Seen Him? Man Wanted For Serious Assault Of Victim In Fairfield County, Police Say

Police have asked the public for help locating a 27-year-old man wanted for allegedly assaulting a victim in Fairfield County.

The Stratford Police Department announced on Monday, Sept. 26, that Khilee Bennett is wanted on charges for a "serious domestic violence incident" that happened in Stratford on Sunday, Sept. 18.

Authorities said Bennett refused to turn himself in or contact police after assaulting a female victim, whose age was not provided.

Police said Bennett is wanted on charges of:

Third-degree assault
Breach of peace
Two counts of violation of protective order

He has ties to Bridgeport, police added.

Authorities asked anyone with information about Bennett's location to call Detective Torres or Detective Policano at 203-430-1474 and 203-726-0275.
